Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your order has been dispatched.

UK Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship within the UK only.

• Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class / Evri Standard): 2–5 business days – £2.99

• Express Delivery (Royal Mail 1st Class / Evri Next Day): 1–2 business days – £4.99

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £24.99.

Local Collection (if applicable)
Free local collection is available from our HQ in Newbold Verdon, Leicestershire. Once ordered, drop us a message on Instagram to arrange pick up time. 

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details (if applicable). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
